When will the Personal Shop take place?

Virtual Personal Shop hours are completed when indicated in the email communication.

What am I purchasing with the Outfit Cure?

  • One hour of Virtual Personal Shopping will yield the shoppable resources to purchase 1 complete outfit, with the option for one edit on as many pieces in the look you'd like. 
  • A deconstructed outfit PDF so you can see the whole look put together, and keep this PDF for future reference, of course, updated for any edits that may be requested.
  • A full list with clickable links to pieces we would love for you to purchase.

Can I incorporate pieces from my wardrobe? 

Of course! I don't think you always need everything new, every time. There's a spot in the onboarding to drop images of what you'd like to wear from your wardrobe, and if you'd like to use your revision to show me what you have that's similar to the options I chose after the initial reveal of the outfit cure is sent, we can absolutely do that.

How long will it take to source my personal outfit?

We are currently looking at a 1-week turnaround for picks.

How many OUTFIT CURE packages can I purchase? 

You can buy as many as you wish, and they must be used within a year of purchase.

But if you'd like a pack of three - here is the bundle.

If I buy the multi-pack, how do I schedule them?

Respond to the WELCOME EMAIL with the dates of the events. If you do not know the events, that's okay too! We will work with the dates once you do. 

How long in advance should I buy the OUTFIT CURE for my occasion? 

Ideally 4 or more weeks ahead of the occasion.

What budgets can you work with? 

We start with a $200 budget and can work anywhere from there up. You'll be asked all about your budget in our onboarding process.
